1. Navigate to Project Time Tracking


1. Log in to Focus HQ.
2. Open a project and go to ‘Time Tracking’ from the sidebar.


Note:  The 'Time Tracking' module, if enabled, is visible for everyone in the project. However, only users that are assigned as 'resources'  to the project have the ability to enter time tracking. 


If a project user is not assigned as resource, clicking Time-Tracking sidebar will direct him to a page saying “You need to be an Assigned Resource to this project to do time-tracking.



2. Enter Individual Time-Tracking


1. Enter Name of the Task or select the 'WBS 1' or 'WBS 2' items of the Project Schedule from the task dropdown. If you want to allot hours that do not belong to a Project Task, you can select "--Time assigned to project --" in the task dropdown.  

2. Input the worked time per day (can be in hours or minutes, or in  both). There's 1 row for 1 week (Monday to Sunday)

3. It will show a ‘Total’ or worked time for each row and column

4. Week selector at the top with next and previous week buttons

- Based on the click of next and previous button, the week will change.

           - If a user select a date, then automatically that week will get populated



5. On click of "Comment" icon, A comment box popup will appear where user can add notes. On click of submit, If user entered a note, then the color of the icon will turn green.


6.  Click + Add new Entry  to add another row to enter in new time tracking data.



7. To save the entered Time-Tracking, click the Submit button.



3. View "All Tracked Time" within the Project


All Tracked time will display time-tracking done by all resources within the Project.

1. This is visible only to roles with access set:  Project Settings > Project: Time Tracking > ‘All Project’ . 


Note:  If a user has "Individual" access only, he can only view his own Time-Tracking.


2. From the Project Time-Tracking page, click "All Tracked Time" at the top right.



3. Here, you can filter the page to display Time-tracking details per Resource or All Resources, then per week or per month.

           - If a user select a date, then automatically that week will get populated


4. Download Time Tracking


  1. 1. Click the options icon and then select the format to download: 

  • Download CSV 
  • Download PDF 

 

 

  1. 2. The Project Time Tracking Details will be saved directly to your device.
