1. Navigate to Overall Time Tracking
- Log in to Focus HQ.
- Once logged in you will reach your Company’s Homepage. Go to the Top Navigation and click on ‘Time Tracking’.
- Click the ‘Overall Time Tracking’ button.
2. Filter Overall Time Tracking
Click the ‘All Portfolios/Projects’ drop down menu and then choose the desired data that you want to display.
Overall Time Tracking Details can also be filtered by Resources.
Click the ‘All Resources’ drop down menu and then choose the desired data that you want to display.
Overall Time Tracking Details can also be filtered by Period.
Click the ‘Period’ drop down menu, and then choose the desired data that you want to display.
For Weekly Period, select 'Per Week' . You can view a specific week of the month by adjusting the calendar or by clicking the ‘Next Week’ or ‘Last Week’ icon.
For a specific Date Range, select 'Export Date Range'. Select Dates that are at a range of at most 60 Days. Data is only viewable once it's downloaded as a CSV file.
Overall Time Tracking Details can also be filtered by Status.
Click the ‘Status’ drop down menu and then choose the desired data that you want to display.
3. Download Overall Time Tracking
Here you can export Company Time Tracking details via CSV or PDF.
Click the options icon and then select the format of download:
- Download CSV
- Download PDF
NOTE: For Overall Time Tracking entries filtered by Date Range, only CSV download is supported.
This is visible only to roles with access set: Company Settings > Company: Time Tracking > ‘Whole Company’
