1. Past End Date Issues


In the ‘Issue Register’ page, Issues with lapsed ‘End Date’ will automatically be Escalated regardless of ‘Low Priority’.

 


2. Issues with High Priority


In the ‘Issue Register’ page, Issue with ‘High Priority’ will automatically be Escalated.

 



3. Manually Escalate an Issue


To manually escalate an Issue, go to the ‘Issue Register’ page then ‘Issues’ section. Click the ‘Escalation’ icon as shown below.
