1. Search Knowledge Base Categories
1. To search a Knowledge Base Category, go to the Settings tab then enter text in the search field. Once done, click the magnifying glass icon or click ‘ENTER’ key.
2. The result will be viewed in the Category Table.
3. You can also search categories in the Search box from the left side bar.
4. Enter text in the search box then click the magnifying glass icon or click ‘ENTER’ key.
