1. Download Knowledge Base Attachments
1. Go to the Knowledge Base Category where the ‘Page’ with an ‘Attachment’ is (E.g. ‘How to Navigate to My Coaching Page’ document saved in Training > Development Training category). Click the ‘Title’ of the Page.
2. Scroll to the ‘Attachments’ section then click the download icon of the attachment that you want to download.
