1. Restore a Knowledge Base Page


1. Go to the Knowledge Base Category where the ‘Page’ that you want to Restore belongs (E.g. ‘How to Navigate to My Coaching Page’ document saved in Training > Development Training category). Then click the ‘Title’ of the Page to Restore.

 

Note: The archive pages are the only ones that can be restored.

 

 

2. Click the ‘Restore’ button.


 

3. Once done the Page is restored. The Status will become ‘Active’ and users with ‘View’ access levels can now view the Page.
