1. Archive a Knowledge Base Page


1. Go to the Knowledge Base Category where the ‘Page’ that you want to delete belongs (E.g. ‘How to Navigate to My Coaching Page’ document saved in Training > Development Training category). Then click the ‘Title’ of the Page to Archive.

 

Note: When you archive a Page, users with ‘View’ access levels to Knowledge Base cannot see it.

 

 

2. Click the ‘Edit’ button.


 

3. Then click the ‘Archive’ button located in the upper right side of the edit page section.


 

4. A pop-up window will appear for confirmation, click ‘Confirm’.


 

5. Once confirmed, the ‘Status’ of the document will become ‘Archived’. When a document is archived only the users with a global access can see and update it.
