2. Import Functionality for Issues (Skip Data)


Import Using Skip Data (Skip Rows)


Skip Data – all existing risk items will remain and items that are uploaded will be newly added.

 

1. In importing a Data, you need to navigate thru “Issue Register” page, click the “Upload Issues” button and you will be redirected to “Issues - CSV Import Details”

 

 

2. In “Issue - CSV Import Details”, you can download the “Download Sample Data” below the attachment.

 


3. You can also download in “Sample Project Settings – Project CSV Export”, please tick the “Issues” module to export. Click “Export to CSV”.



4. Upload your issue file attachment and select “Skip Rows” in “Existing Data Handling” and click “Next”

 

 

5. After clicking “Next”, you will be redirected to “Issues – CSV Import Mapping”.

 

 

6. Once redirected to “Issues – CSV Import Mapping”, go to “Saved Mapping” and select “PFHQ Issue Module Mapping”

 

 

7. Click on “Import”

 

 

8. After clicking on “Import”, the missing items will be highlighted in red. The upload will not push through if there are missing items on the table.

 

 

9. After populating all details in “Issues - CSV Import Mapping”, click “Import”.

 

 

10. Once you select “Import”, you will be redirected to the “Issues – CSV Import – Invalid Data” section if your data is “Incomplete”. The section shows the error to your report.

 

 

11. Click “Skip Data”. However, if the item in your Data has any missing fields or has blank rows/columns, the “Skip Data” functionality will not upload the issue item with missing fields.


12. The skip data will exempt or does not include an incomplete issue item. You need to update the document that comprises a complete Issue item so that it can go through the upload.

 

 

13. Once done, a pop up will appear if your upload is successful. Click “Finish”.
