2. Add an Action to a Project Issue


1. In the ‘Issue Register’ page, click any of the ‘Approved Issue’ items. 


 

2. Once done, click ‘+Action’ button. 


 

3. Input the desired data in the required fields (Tick or untick Record in Action Tracking, Work Stream, Description, Assigned to and Due Date). Once done, click the ‘Add Action’ button to save the data.
