Reports can be customised to only include the data that has been ‘tagged’ within a particular Workstream. 

 

To set-up a Custom Report: 

  • Navigate to the Project > Settings Module 

  • Navigate to Custom Templates 

  • Add New Template 

  • Complete the Report Title, Template Name and Workstream. Then begin adding the sections required for the Report Template (as per below). 

 

 

 

  • The following sections can be included that will provide only the data related to that Workstream. 

  • Workstream Status is for the PM to provide a RAG Status indicator against the Workstream only. Ensure to tick this in the configuration.

  • Create the Template 

  • This can now be selected when creating Reports in your Project Reports Module.
