Project Workstreams
Workstreams can be used to report and manage separate aspects of the project, such as individual contracts or activities that require it.
Risks, Issues, Deliverables, Actions and Change Control can be assigned an individual workstream, providing the ability to Report separately on these streams.
This can be an efficient way to manage multiple streams and still provide aggregate reporting.
