This document outlines how Time Tracking Access is setup within Focus HQ system:

Regular User (Submitter):
- Creates his own timesheet entry
- Submits his timesheet entry (if the project being submitted requires approval)
- Enter comments against timesheet entry
- Able to see the status of his timesheets
Approver:
- User eligible to approve timesheet entries
- Holds a role on the project and has Timesheet approver permission enabled
- Able to see all outstanding timesheet approvals requiring actions ( for all projects that they have ability to approve on)
- Able to either approve or reject timesheet entries ( with ability to add comments for each line)
PMOs:
- Users eligible to approve timesheet entries
- These people should be able to approve without the need to be added to all of the projects. This will be supported thru setting role permissions in the project type templates.
- Able to see all outstanding timesheet approvals requiring actions ( for all projects that they have ability to approve on)
- Able to either approve or reject timesheet entries ( with ability to add comments for each line)
Company Admin:
- See all submitted timesheet entries for the company and action these.
- Create, submit, edit a timesheet entry for another user
- Reject a previously approved timesheet entry (moves it back into draft for the original submitter)
- Remind approvers of pending time sheets if they have not been actioned
- Notify a user if his timesheet for a project is due for submission
- Able to recall/cancel a timesheet entry submission (before it's approved)
