4.4 Demand v. Supply Table
1. The ‘Demand v. Supply Table’ is a table that provides the status of Resource Demand, the Resource Assignments for each, and any variations.
To navigate to the Table, click ‘Resourcing’ from the sidebar and scroll down to the bottom of the page.
2. To view the Demand v. Supply Table by 'Period', click the Period filter and select either a 'Weekly' or 'Monthly' display.
3. To view the Demand v. Supply Table by a specific 'Date Range', click the From and To Date selectors, and select dates for each.
4. To 'download' the Demand v. Supply Table, click the download icon and select 'Download CSV' as the option.
5. To view the Demand v. Supply Table by 'Row', click the Rows per page dropdown and select the number of rows to display.
To view the succeeding rows, use the 'left' and 'right' arrows beside the Rows per page dropdown.
6. To view the Demand v. Supply Table by 'Columns', click the 'Columns per page' dropdown and select the number of rows to display.
To view the succeeding columns, use the 'Previous' and 'Next' links between the 'Columns per page' dropdown.
7. You can click the link of the 'Resource Demand' and the 'Assigned Resource' to view the details.
