1. Email a Project Risk Action


1. Navigate to the ‘Risks’ section within the Project Risk Register and then click the ID of the Risk that you want to update. 


 

 

2. Once you reach the Risk Details, navigate to the ‘Actions’ section and then click the ‘Action ID’.


 

3. Click the ‘Send Email’ button within the Risks Action Details page. 



 

4. Tick the ‘User(s)’ that you want to send the details to and click on the ‘+Add Another Recipient’ if you want to send the action details to individuals that are internal or external to the project. Once done, click the ‘Send’ button to proceed.
