1. Navigate Deliverables Progress
1. Navigate to the ‘Deliverables Progress’ section within the ‘Project Overview’ page. You can view the following information:
- Completed: The number of schedule deliverables (for the project) that are completed to date. That is the number of all unique deliverables for the project .
- Overdue: The number of schedule deliverables (for the project) that are overdue. That is, the deliverable is not complete and the baseline end date is in the past.
- Projected To Slip: The number of schedule deliverables (for the project) that are projected to slip. That is, the deliverable is not complete, has a baseline end date in the future, and the forecast end date is later than the baseline end date.Slippage days shows how many days late the schedule is expected to complete after the last baseline deliverable end date.
- Next 30 Days: The number of schedule deliverables (for the project) with forecast end date in the next 30 days (ie. today + 30 days).
2. To view the Deliverables Progress in Detail, click the arrow icon on the top-right corner of the 'Deliverables Progress' tile.
