1. View Closed Projects
Closed Projects: Project close-out occurs only when all criteria are met and nothing outstanding is left including:
- No risks outstanding
- No issues outstanding
- All milestones and deliverables are met
- All timelines and expenses are finalised
- Customer sign-offs on final product
- Stakeholders and managers all approve the project closure
Navigate to the ‘All Projects’ page. Click the 'Stage' filter and tick the 'Closed' checkbox. A list of Closed Projects is displayed.
If the 'Stage' is NOT displayed in the dropdown options, this means there are NO Closed Projects displayed.
| Generally, Users only able to view projects they are assigned to as a key user, unless the company has provided all project access at company role level. |
