1. Manage Fortnightly Report Template within a Project
1. To manage the Fortnightly Report Template, click the ‘Settings’ tab from the left side bar of the Project page.
2. Once done, navigate to the ‘Report Templates’ section then ‘Default Templates’.
3. Click the ‘Fortnightly Report’ link or the Edit Icon.
4. You can configure the 'Report Title', 'Work Stream', and 'Email To' for your Fortnightly Report Template.
You can also 'Tick/untick checkboxes' to enable/disable sending of Report Notifications (per Key Role).

Report Due – sends an email reminder when the report is available for editing in the reports section (E.g. 24 Hours and 72 Hours). All data will still be updated while a report is in a draft status.
5. Click the ‘+ Add Section’ link to add more element in the Weekly Report. Once done, click the desired ‘Module’ or ‘Appendices’.

6. If you want to remove a Report section, click the ‘x’ button. Also, you can re-arrange the Report sections by moving the Drag and Drop ‘+’ button. Once done, click on the ‘Update’ button to save the changes.
