2. Navigate to My Dashboard

  • To navigate to the ‘My Dashboard’, open the Project Focus HQ tool. Login using your ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ and click on the ‘Log-in’ button.
  • Once logged in you will reach your Company’s Homepage.  Navigate to My Dashboard by clicking the ‘My Dashboard’ tile.


3. Navigate to Tasks

1. In the ‘My Dashboard’ page, go to the ‘Projects’ table. 


2. There are three ways to filter the Projects in the My Dashboard page:

  • Click the ‘Project Type’ drop-down menu and then choose the Project Type with the project items that you want to display
  • Click the ‘Department’ drop-down menu and then choose the Department with the project items that you want to display.
  • Enter the Project Name in the search field then press ENTER key or click the magnifying glass icon.


4. Navigate to Approvals

1. In the ‘My Dashboard’ page, scroll down to the ‘Approvals’ table. 


2. There are three ways to filter the Approvals in the My Dashboard page:

  • Click the ‘Projects’ drop-down menu and then choose the Project with the approval items that you want to display
  • Click the ‘Status’ drop-down menu and then choose the Status with the approval items that you want to display.
  • Enter the Project Name in the search field then press ENTER key or click the magnifying glass icon.


5. Navigate to Tasks

1. In the ‘My Dashboard’ page, scroll down to the ‘Tasks’ table. 


2. There are three ways to filter the Tasks in the My Dashboard page:

  • Click the ‘Projects’ drop-down menu and then choose the Project with the Schedule tasks that you want to display
  • Click the ‘Status’ drop-down menu and then choose the Status with the Schedule tasks that you want to display.
  • Enter the Project Name in the search field then press ENTER key or click the magnifying glass icon.


6. Navigate to Actions

1. In the ‘My Dashboard’ page, scroll down to the ‘Actions’ table. 


 2. There are four ways to filter the Actions in the My Dashboard page:

  • Click the ‘PPM Name’ drop-down menu and then choose the PPM Name with the action items that you want to display.
  • Click the ‘Status’ drop-down menu and then choose the Status with the action items that you want to display.
  • Click the ‘Due Date’ drop-down menu and then choose the Due Date with the action items that you want to display.
  • Enter the Action in the search field then press ENTER key or click the magnifying glass icon.
