Mandatory User MFA Set-up when Company Requires MFA: 


  1. Log-in to Focus HQ 

 

  1. 2. You will be directed to a “Restricted Account” screen. This means that one or more of the companies that you are a member of have required Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) for all its members. You are then required to enrol in MFA first, logout then login before you can access the system. 

 

  1. 3. Perform the steps for User Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) Enrollment. Logout then login again. Refer to User-Level MFA Enrollment.
