You can Add Approved Opportunity Documents during:

  • Update Approved Opportunity
  • Review of Approved Opportunity before Approval 

  

 

1. In the ‘Update Approved Opportunity’ page, fill-in the required details then Add Approved Opportunity Documents either through an Upload or a Hyperlink.

  • Approved Opportunity Documents’ – Any documents or files that support the project or are needed to do a proper review. The files outline the justification of both cost as well as any benefits or opportunities for the project. These files could be completed project charters as well as any quotes, industry best practices, or articles that support the project  

                    Select Hyperlink as the Document Type to add links from your internal SharePoint or library.

                    Select File as the Document Type to upload the file directly.

 
  •  To add more ‘Documents’, click the ‘New Documents’ button. This allows you to add a Hyperlink or file.


 




You can add as much documents as you need.



2. You may now "Save"  the changes to continue with the review or "Submit" the Approved Opportunity for review before Approval to next phase.
