Portfolio Budget Import CSV Template
Below is an overview of the each of the Portfolio Budget fields available to be imported via a CSV file.
Note 1: When selecting options a) or b) if there is a mismatch of any data for existing items in the file, the import will assume a new item and add item.
Note 2: Change Request is only required when updating baseline monthly values.
Note 3: When choosing "Update Existing Items", Budget Name, Change Request, and Baseline/Forecast/Actual Opex can be updated. These are needed to be ticked in the Select Fields to Update dropdown list first before they can be mapped.
