Release changes – Summary
The latest version of Focus HQ includes the following new functionality and improvements:
- Creating Portfolios without Projects (Empty Portfolios)
- Projects listed within the 'All Projects' page
- New Project Lifecycle view within the 'All Projects' page

Release changes – Detailed
- Creating Portfolios without Projects (Empty Portfolios)
This functionality allows users to create a Portfolio without any Projects assigned. In Portfolio Setup, Portfolio/Project Allocation section, can be left empty and can still proceed with Portfolio creation. This makes it easier to move projects between portfolios, without restriction.
- Projects Listed within the "All Projects" page
This update allows users to see all the Projects in the Company from all Stages that they have access to (not just those in execution and beyond). This page now includes:
(Phase 1) Ideation Projects
(Phase 2) Feasibility Projects
(Phase 3) Planning Projects
(Phase 4) Execution Projects
(Phase 5) Benefits Tracking Projects
(Phase 6) Closed Projects
The Project's Data Table also has the ability to be filtered based on Project’s Status, Project at Risk, Type and Department.
3. New Project Lifecycle view within the 'All Project' page.
This functionality allows users to view the Project Lifecycle summary showing the different Project Stages, the count of projects belonging to each Stage, and the count of projects in between each Stage which are the pending approvals to move to the next Stage.
