Release changes – Summary


The latest version of Focus HQ includes the following new functionality and improvements:

  1. Creating Project Risk Items via Risk Templates 
  2. Addition of portfolio budget items to the Portfolio Cost Performance Chart

  1. Creating Project Risk Items via Risk Templates

This functionality allows users to easily and quickly create Risks using Risk Templates. When clicking the "New Risk" button, a template selection dialog appears.


Users can select from a list of templates which will pre-populate the form fields. Users can also use the search box to look for a Risk Template applicable to their situation.
If a Risk is to be created without any data or pre-populated fields, users can select an "Empty Risk Template".



In addition, users can click "Quick-Fill with a Template" so that the template selection dialog pop-up can appear again, and users can choose a different template from the list of templates to pre-populate the form fields again. 



If a template is already selected, the link becomes "Change Template".

User can also clear all the data in the form fields by clicking on the three-dotted vertical line icon, and then selecting Clear Form.


  1. Addition of Portfolio Budget Items to the Portfolio Cost Performance Chart

The Portfolio Cost Performance Chart will now display the budget items of the current portfolio as well as all associated sub-portfolios. This is in addition to the already existing data which includes all of the portfolio and project budget items.
