Risk Register is Populated 


Within the ‘Project Details’ page, navigate to ‘Full Kitting Checklist (Automated)’ section then click on the ‘Risk Register is Populated checklist. Then you will be redirected to Risk Module.

 

(New Risk Button)


1. To add risk, navigate to ‘Risk Register’ page, then click ‘+New Risk’ button.


 

2. In adding risk, a Select Risk Template pop-up will appear. Choose Empty Risk Template.



3. In the ‘New Risk’ page, provide the below information:

  • Overview: Name, Description, Source
  • Monitoring and Control: Due Date, Next Review Date, Stage 
  • Analysis: Initial Risk Impact, Initial Risk Probability, Current Rating (Auto Calculated), Qualitative Impact, Potential Outcome, Work Stream, Category, Linked Issues
  • Response Planning: Owner, Participants, Strategy, Mitigation Plan, Response Notes/Plan

 

Note: All Bold Formatted sections need to be populated. While the Grayed out section is auto calculated so no need to populate.

4.  Once completed, click on the Save button.


Note; There are two ways in saving the risk, by clicking the Save button below on the screen or selecting the Save button in the Upper right corner of the page.


5. Once saved, you will be redirected to the Saved Risk.




(Upload Cost)


1. To add risk, navigate to ‘Risk Register’ page, then click ‘Upload Risks’ button.



2. You can download a Risk Sample Data for CSV Import Details.


3. In the CSV Document, you need to populate the below columns: (Risk ID, Risk Name, Risk Category, Works Stream, Risk Description, Potential Outcome, Source, Initial Risk Impact, Initial Risk Probability, Residual Risk Impact, Residual Risk Probability, Qualitative Impact, Risk Strategy, Mitigation Plan, Response Notes,  Owner, Participants, Due Date, Next Review Date, Stage, Notes)



4. Once CSV Document is completed, Upload the Risk and click Next.



5. Then you will be redirected to Risk Module - Data Mapping.


6. In Saved Mapping, click the dropdown and select PFHQ Risk Module Mapping.



7. Once it has beenmapped, the risk module data mapping will then be populated on the details in the CSV Document.



8. If there are errors, then you just need to select in the dropdown the name of the missing fields:



9. Once finished, click Import.


10. A pop-up then will appear if the import is successful, click Finish.
