1. Project Budget and Plan Contingency Provision Completed


1. Within the ‘Project Details’ page, navigate to ‘Full Kitting Checklist (Automated)’ section then click on the ‘Project Budget and Plan Contingency Provision Completed’ checklist.


 

2. Once done, navigate to ‘Cost Summary’ tables and click ‘+Update’ button.



3. Within the ‘Update Cost Summary’ page, go to ‘Contingency provision included in FFC’ field and input the ‘Plan (Baseline)’ and ‘Actual’ amount.



4. To add budget item, navigate to ‘Budget’ page and click ‘+New Cost’ in the ‘Detailed Cost’ section.


 

5. In the ‘New Cost’ page, provide information in the form (WBS, Cost Type, Description, ‘Baseline Budget, Cost Periods, Baseline Cost). If you wish to add cost period, click ‘+Add Cost Period’. Once done, hit ‘Add Cost’ button to save the data.
