1. Project Resources Completed


1. Still in the ‘Project Details’ page, go to ‘Full Kitting Checklist (Automated)’ section then click on the ‘Project Resource Completed’ checklist. 


 

2. Once you reach the ‘Resourcing’ page. Navigate to ‘Roles’ section then click ‘+New Role’ button.


 

3. Within the ‘Add New Role’ page, add desired data into the required fields (Role Name, Total Position, Capacity, Work Stream, Department, Start Date, and End Date). Once done, click ‘Add Role’ to save the data.



4. To add a resource, navigate to ‘Resources’ section then click ‘+New Resource’ button.


 

5. Provide information in the ‘New Resource’ form (Name, Capacity, Skills, Start Date, and End Date). Once done, click ‘Add Resource’ to save the data.



6. To assign a resource, navigate to ‘Resource Assignments’ section then click ‘+Assign New’ button.



7. Fill in the necessary fields within the ‘Assign Resource’ form (From and To Date, Resource, Role, Role Positions). Once done, click ‘Assign’ to save the data.
