1. Project Scope Documented and Approved
"Project Scope Documented and Approved" is one of the Manual checklists for a Kick-Off (Full Kitting) project.
Project Scope must be documented and approved to include the processes required to ensure that the project covers all the work required, and only the work required, to complete the project successfully.
You can manually tick this if this is completed for your Kick-Off (Full Kitting) project.
If you like to update the details of the checklist:
1. Within the ‘Pipeline Details’ page, navigate to ‘Full Kitting Checklist (Manual)’ section then click the ‘Project Scope Documented and Approved’ checklist.
2. Once redirected to ‘Check Details’ page, click ‘Update’ button.
3. Add necessary information or make needed updates with the following fields in the form:
Check Type, Title, Description, Checklist Group, Link
Once done, click ‘Update Check’ button to save the data.
