1. Steering Committee in Place
"Steering Committee in Place" is one of the Manual checklists for a Kick-Off (Full Kitting) project.
A project Steering Committee is the key body within the governance structure which is responsible for the business issues associated with the project that are essential to the ensuring the delivery of the project outputs and the attainment of project outcomes.
You can manually tick this if this is completed for your Kick-Off (Full Kitting) project.
If you like to update the details of the checklist:
1. Within the ‘Pipeline Details’ page, navigate to ‘Full Kitting Checklist (Manual)’ section then click the ‘Steering Committee in Place’ checklist.
2. Once redirected to ‘Check Details’ page, click ‘Update’ button.
3. Add necessary information or make needed updates with the following fields in the form:
Check Type, Title, Description, Checklist Group, Link
Once done, click ‘Update Check’ button to save the data.
