The following are the major features included in this release:
- Project Budget > Cost Type
- Opex /Capex, etc
- Provides the users the ability to classify, filter their costs, totals, etc by Cost type
- ‘Cost Types’ in a project is set and manage at the company level in the Company Settings
- Project Activities > Pulling Schedule Data
- Automatically Pull Schedule Items and display in Activities table:
- 1. Only Lowest Level Children ( if Parent Schedule has children)
- 2. WBS Level 1 ( if without Children)
- Project Activities > Pulling Schedule Data
- Implement a Checkbox to Turn Off/On the Automatic Pulling of Schedule data to Activities
- Project Schedule > Mark as Milestone
- Implement a Checkbox within Edit Schedule Task page to Mark/Unmark a Schedule Task as Milestone
- Company Settings/Project –Overview & Reporting:
- Allow to change "Business Sponsor" to be "Executive Sponsor”, vice versa, & enter Other Sponsor titles
- Updatable within the Company Profile page.
- Project Dashboard
- Budget column will display “Current Budget” instead of "Baseline Budget"
- Full Kitting > Update Contingency
- Ability to allow user to put in any number from 0 to 100 % (including a decimal of up to 2 digits)
- Project Resourcing:
- Can select a resource from a dropdown of Project Settings >Assigned Users
- Can directly type in a Name of a resource
- Project Change Control:
- Can add Change Control with 2 options: Contingency, Scope Change
- Can do Change Control that involves Budget Change only, or involves both Budget Change and Schedule>Baseline End Date Change, or just Schedule>Baseline End Date Change
- Project Budget – Request Change:
- Can do a Budget Change only if there is available and approved Change Control item to allocate
- Request Change can only be less than or equal to the Change Control amount to allocate
- Project Budget – Contingency:
- The update is for the ‘Contingency’ exact amount to be visible (not the % form) in the Cost Summary
- This is then managed based on the ‘Change Controls’ and the selection of what the budget is being assigned.
- Project Report > 1 Page Report (to Go Live by end of Oct 31)
- Ability to fit a client's report data into ONE report (no matter the amount of data that they include – if it is too much, they will be able to figure out a way to allow them to remove / display data.
