The following are the major features included in this release:
- Company Settings > Company Team Member Profile > Resource Utilization Table
- We have added a Company Resource Utilisation button that when clicked will display the resources for the entire company (it will still include all the Members and the Projects they are assigned to)
Note: This will show Resources for the ENTIRE company - For each filtered period, it will show the ‘Company Capacity’, ‘Assigned Capacity’, ‘Available Capacity’
- PORTFOLIO LEVEL > RESOURCE MANAGEMENT > Resource Utilization Table
- We have added a Resource Utilisation section/table that will display the resources for the entire Portfolio (it will still include all the Members and the Projects they are assigned to)
Note: This will show Resources for the ENTIRE Portfolio (not Company) - For each filtered period, it will show the ‘Company Capacity’, ‘Assigned Capacity’, ‘Available Capacity’
- Project - Schedule - Import CSV: Predecessor Column with ID only will Default to Finish to Start relationship
- If the user tries to Import CSV file with just an ID for Predecessor column, we will set a default type for predecessor which is Finish to Start (1: Finish to Start)
- This will accept the file and proceed a successful Import
- Project Adhoc Reports > Filter by Work Stream
- Only for Project Adhoc Reports, we will add an ability to break/filter Report by Work Stream
- Default would be "Overall Project"
- Project Work Streams is managed in Project Settings page
- When Project Work Stream selected, it will filter Report module data associated to that Work Stream only, meaning data which do not belong to the Work Stream selected will be ignored, not included in the reporting.
- Portfolio > Adhoc Reports > Filter Report by ALL Department and ALL Project Category
- For Portfolio > Adhoc Reports , we have added an Option “All Departments” and “All Categories" for Filter Report by Department and Project Category and it will display ALL data
- Project Schedule > Import CSV > Updated Error message
- We have updated 6 column requirement of old schedule to 10 columns now, Updated it to say: "We need 10 columns as Sample Data File"
- Project Level > Resourcing > Fixed the Resources/Roles/Assignments Capacity
- We have updated and fixed % Resources Capacity" and '% Roles Capacity” and implemented Capacity on the Resources Assignments
Planned Future Releases:
- Company/Project Category Owner and Approver
- Assigning Project Category Owner/s
- Manage approver users / groups based on ‘Categories’ of Projects
- Reporting > Increase Report character limits
- All boxes from 250 to 500 character limit. ‘Executive Sum.’, ‘Project Details’ and ‘All Appendices’ from 250 / 500 to 1,000 character limit
- Project Budget > Updates
- Fixing Logic to match the new data saving for historical period, ETC and To Date Forecast
- Portfolio Overview > Update Visual
- Show project ‘Overall Trend / Status’, add each 4 status to trends and show ”Actual FFC” next to “Current Budget” within cost columns
