The following are the major features included in this release:

 

  •  Action Tracking Module
  • Action Tracking Module with the Ability to create ‘recurring Master Actions’ and sub-actions, etc (change ‘Action Audit’ name)

 

  • Company Resource Functionality Updates
  • Users need a way to adjust a resource ‘company capacity’ based on their ‘holidays’, ‘sick leave’, ‘adhoc internal commitments’, etc. This creates the need for capacity fluctuations during different periods

 

  • Project Resource Functionality Updates
  • Users need a way to adjust a resource ‘project capacity’ based on their ‘holidays’, ‘sick leave’, ‘adhoc internal commitments’, etc. This creates the need for capacity fluctuations during different periods

 

  • Project Schedule > To Support Up to WBS Level 6
  • We extended our WBS to accept up to WBS 6 levels. This is updated in:
  • Manual Add Schedule
  • Import MPP
  • Import CSV
  • Drag and drop to limit to 6 Level
  • WBS Filter (in module and Report also)
  • CSV/PDF/XML Download
  • Import Project (contain module Schedule)

 

  • Company Settings >Team Member Details - Edit Member Designation > Activate/Deactivate User
  • This give options to user being deactivated only in 1 company and still active in another company

 

  • Checklist Items > Updates
  • Hyperlinks to work properly and direct user to that page
  • The 'hover over' to display the 'description'
  • Made all of the checkboxes outline thicker and a darker colour so that it is easier to see 

 

  •  Report Template for default 'WBS'
  • To be able to set default WBS level for the project schedule Gantt Chart  for each report template
  • The user will still be able to update the WBS level inside each report if he wishes to.
  • This covers report webview and PDF report

 

  • Resource ‘search box’ functionality in all data tables
  • Ability to search within ‘first name’, ‘last name’, ‘project name’ and ‘team name’ (no filter is required, the data entered in the 1 input field looks over these 4 data sets)

 

  • Project Budget - Updates
  • Correct Calculation for Planned (Baseline) ETC, Planned (Baseline) FFC and Actual Variance fields in Cost Summary Data Table)
  • Correct calculation of Forecast-> To Date for Current Period Filtering, Baseline Budget and Approved Changes fields in Detailed Cost Data Table
  • Correct calculation of Cumulative Costs -> Forecast

 

  • Projects > updating "Risks", "Issues “Owner” Field to be Editable
  • User can now Edit “Owner” input field for Project Risks and Issues

 

  •  Portfolio > Project Status Filter
  • Added Project Status filter in Portfolio > Overview >Project Summary
  • Added Project Status filter in Portfolio > Budget> Portfolio Cost Summary

  • When a User clicks "Cancel", "Back", other buttons/links/menu/modules in the sidebar when the user has not clicked Saved/Updated/Add, etc button to save the current changes made, a Notification pop-up msg should appear to say “ Please note that all Unsaved Data or Changes will be lost"
  • In that screen,
  • If clicked "Confirm", all unsaved data disappears as if it has not been entered.
  • If clicked "Cancel" the user is retained at the page where unsaved data has been entered.
