  • Portfolio Settings > Portfolio CSV Export Functionality
  • The ability to extract specific modules that the user chooses and export them from the system exactly the data from the selected modules within the Portfolio.

 

  • Portfolio (Company, Main & Sub) > Dashboard > Graph (Column) > Add/Update - Benefits Tracking Y-axis Pull-up Type: Add 'Cumulative Total'
  • The ability to show in Graph to Pull Up  "Cumulative – Total” for Benefits Tracking data
  • Cumulative - Total: adds all of the 'Benefits' (if 'Benefits' is selected) together for all benefits within all projects, from the VERY START of the first project to the VERY END of the last project. It helps a company calculate what the total amount that they have saved, delivered, etc.

 

  • Project > Schedule > 4 Additional Values > Forecast Start and End Date & Actual Start and End Date
  • The ability to add and track Forecast’ and ‘Actual’ dates into the Project
  • This added columns to show Forecast Start and End Date & Actual Start and End Date as well as added these dates in the tooltip upon mouse hover.

 

  • Portfolio (Company, Main & Sub) > Dashboard > Graph (Column) > Add/Update - Pull up Data from Benefits Tracking - Benefit Cost Type
  • The ability to show and filter Graph by "Benefit Cost Type”,  the cost type the benefit (Project Level) is assigned to

 

  • Portfolio  (Company, Main & Sub) Dashboard > Graphs > Filter by ‘Cost Centre ID’ 
  • The ability to show and filter Graph by “Cost Centre ID”,  to get all items with the Cost Centre ID selected to present in the Graph

 

  • Portfolio - Pipeline Management: Show Approved Opportunity within Gantt chart 
  • The ability to add an Approved Opportunity in Pipeline Management with its Start and End Date editable from the Edit Screen or by drag and drop.

 

  • Portfolio > Pipeline Management Scenarios > Download Dashboard PDF
  • The ability to download Dashboard PDF in each Scenario tab.
  • The user can select to download single or multiple Dashboard PDF’s

 

  • Portfolio > Pipeline Management > Manage & Display Predecessors and Successors 
  • The ability to show dependency among Projects in a Portfolio
  • This will impact the ability to drag and drop Pipelined Projects

 

  • Project Schedule > Milestone Summary > Filter Delayed/Missed Tasks
  • The ability to filter and show only the Delayed Milestones, so we added “Delayed” status which is all tasks with variance of negative ' - ' regardless if its completed, not started or in-progress.

  • PFHQ: AUTH0 - AZURE –SAML
  • This is related to Single Sign On (SSO) requirement Including Auth0 integration from Ausnet
  • Portfolio (Company, Main & Sub) > Dashboard > Add/Update Table Reporting - Table Type: Benefits Tracking (Period) or Data Source (Period Rows)
  • The ability to filter  and select from the pre-selected periods and will  display only the periods with ticked box for Table Reporting
  • Project Settings > Project CSV Export Functionality > Add New Modules > Benefits Tracking, Action Tracking, Dashboard
