- Project & Portfolio - Dashboards
- Dashboards allow projects to track an array of information: revenue, benefits tracking, SLA’s, etc
- A project or portfolio can have multiple Dashboard templates that is populated from the same Data Source information
- Dashboards are built using Tiles & Tables, which can be re-arranged into various sections or dragged and dropped into a different order
- Portfolio Dashboards can pull up and calculate data from Project Dashboards to ensure data integrity
- Different Dashboards can be included in adhoc, weekly & monthly reporting

- The ability for a user to Import/use a data source to populate each and every Dashboard Tile & Table they have
- Users are able to add columns within the Data Source area, which is separated into Projects or Portfolios
- Each column can either be manually populated, have automatic calculations / formulas and be filtered based on financial year periods, etc. (All equations are created similar to excel)
- Project & Portfolio – Dashboards –Tile & Table Reporting
- This will allow users to create different types of dashboards which is comprised of content from within the ‘Data Source’ area:
- Tiles – Ability to compare last month, this month and next month
- Tables – Ability to display multiple columns of information from the ‘Data Source’ and order it by period, project or customised rows
- ‘Tiles’ have the ability to display (on hover over) the previous three periods in comparison to their goals
- Both ‘Tile’ and ‘Tables’ can have goals based on Targets & Actuals to enable conditional formatting
- Set reporting relevant to ‘Financial Years’, ‘Months’, ‘Project Lengths’ or ‘Portfolio Lengths’ (including automated ‘estimate to’, ‘up to’, etc calculations)
- Projects – Schedule Tasks
- Ability for user to input only a Start Date and Duration instead of End Date, the End Date will be auto calculated
- The ability to input a Start Date and End Date is still available and the duration is automatically calculated
- Importing a CSV with only ‘Start Date’ and ‘Duration’ or ‘Start Date’ and ‘End Date’ is possible. Please note that the CSV template that is to be imported will require the ‘Start Date’, ‘End Date’ and ‘Duration’ columns.
- Projects –Weekly Reports - Exclude Weekends in the Period
- Users can select the "Excludes Weekends" option within Report Templates and the PFHQ will exclude the 48 hours of weekends when generating Drafts or sending Reports
- e.g. If a user sets a Reporting Send Schedule on ‘Monday at 7pm’, the Draft will be available on Wednesday 7pm, which is 72 ‘Business’ Hours before its sending (not ‘Friday at 7pm’, which is 72 hours)
- This is also available in Company Settings > Project Type > Reporting Schedule > Weekly Reporting

- Functionality for all items to be tiered by Sprint > Epic > Story > Task

- User will be given the option to save the data and continue, return to edit or cancel
