Release changes – Summary
The latest version of Focus HQ includes the following new functionality and improvements:
- Overview of project and portfolio budget progress for “Live” projects (in phase 4)
- Project schedule progress – update to the calculation of the overall schedule progress

Release changes – Detailed
- Overview of project and portfolio budget progress for “Live” projects (in phase 4)
A summary progress of the portfolio and project budget is now visible via the respective overview pages.
Users can view the progress of the portfolio or project budget by the following key metrics:
a) Variance of current budget to date compared to actual spend to date
b) Estimated cost to complete
c) Final Forecast cost
d) Variance at completion of final forecast cost to current budget.
Clicking on any of the budget progress metrics will navigate to the corresponding portfolio or project budget module.
- Project schedule progress – update to the calculation of the overall schedule progress
The project schedule now supports the planned % calculation based on unit of work completed (rather than the entire Schedule duration). This may mean that the % progress has changed as a result of the calculation change.
