Release changes – Summary
The latest version of Focus HQ includes the following new functionality and improvements:
- Overview of project milestones and deliverables progress (in phase 4)
- Overview of milestones and deliverables progress for all projects belong to a portfolio
- Portfolio Summary table of each project’s milestones and deliverables progress

Release changes – Detailed
- Overview of project milestones and deliverables progress (in phase 4)
A summary of the progress of project milestones and deliverables is now visible in the Project Overview. Users can view the progress metrics for milestones and deliverables; completed, overdue (baseline-to-actual lag indicator), projected to slip (baseline-to-forecast lead indicator), and those due in the next 30 days.
Clicking on the milestones will navigate to the project schedule. Clicking on the deliverables will take the user to a filtered list of schedule deliverables.
Note: At the project level, the Schedule Progress metrics show the total number of overdue or projected to slip deliverables and milestones.
- Overview of milestones and deliverables progress for all projects belong to a portfolio
A summary of the progress of Project Schedule Milestones and Deliverables for all projects (belonging to a portfolio) is now visible in the Portfolio Overview. The progress overview provides a summary of the number of projects that have schedule milestones or deliverables overdue (baseline-to-actual lag indicator), projected to slip (baseline-to-forecast lead indicator), and the ability to “drill down” to the corresponding list of projects for further reference.
Note: At the portfolio level, the Schedule Progress metrics show the number of projects that have at least one overdue or projected to slip deliverables and milestones – not a total count of all deliverables and milestones within the portfolio.
- Portfolio Summary table of each project’s milestones and deliverables progress
Once the user clicks on the Portfolio Overview Schedule Progress metrics (point 2 above), a summary table of every project within the Execution Phase (Phase 4) is displayed at a Portfolio level. This table then provides a tabulated view of all project milestone and deliverable data, as well as the ability to filter by children portfolios or different lead/lag indicators relating to the project’s milestones and deliverables.
Users are also able to “drill down” on the data with one-click, which navigates them to each project respectively in order to gain further insights into the data relating to problem milestones and deliverables.
