Release changes – Summary
The latest version of Focus HQ includes the following new functionality and improvements:
- view of portfolio hierarchy (via the Portfolio page)
- the ability to upload quantitative benefits for multiple projects within a portfolio in one single action

Release changes – Detailed
- View of portfolio hierarchy
The portfolio page now provides a view of the hierarchy of portfolios belonging to the company. The hierarchy can be seen in the first column of the portfolio table.
By default, the hierarchy displays the portfolios at main portfolio level. Child portfolios can be viewed by clicking on the corresponding arrow.
The information displayed for each portfolio includes counts of direct projects and all child projects belonging portfolio.
- The ability to upload quantitative benefits for multiple projects within a portfolio
The ability to upload project benefits has been extended to support uploading quantitative benefits for all projects belonging to a portfolio. Users can upload project benefits for a portfolio from the benefits tracking module within the portfolio.
The process for uploading quantitative projects benefits for a portfolio is similar to the existing process for uploading projects benefits for a single project. The CSV file for uploading benefits for a portfolio must contain the unique identifier (Project ID) representing the project in order to be attributed the benefit. The Project ID can be found on the settings page of the project.
Note, there are no changes to the upload of project benefits at project level.
