  • My Dashboard: View Projects & Portfolios [NEW]

  • The table lists the projects that the user is assigned to.  Summary project information is provided in the table as a quick reference, allowing quick navigation to the detail of the project.
  • Users can navigate to other key pages by clicking on:
  • ID or Project – displays the project overview page.
  • My Role – displays the user’s assigned role in the project.
  • Project Manager – displays the project manager details page
  • The user can filter the table by project type and department.  By default, the table will present all project types and all departments.
  • The default order of this table is by most recent edit date of the project.


  • View All Tasks [UPDATED] 
  • This table has been enhanced to support table pagination and the ability to view more rows in the table.  Users can navigate to other key pages by clicking on:
  • ID – displays the task in the project schedule.
  • Project – displays the project overview page.


  • View Approvals [NEW]
  • This table lists the approvals pending across all projects that the user is assigned to.
  • Users can navigate to other key pages (relating to the action) by clicking on:
  • ID – displays the approve/reject page (for approval or rejection of a request).
  • Project name – displays the project overview page.
  • By default, this table will display pending approvals only, sorted by “Request Date” (oldest first).
  • The preset date range is based on requested date.
  • The colour of the approval status provides a quick visual indicator of the status. Orange is a request pending approval.  Green represents an approved request.  Red represents a rejected request.


  • View Actions [NEW]
  • This table lists the actions that require the user’s attention across the portfolios and projects that they are assigned to.  That is, only actions assigned to the user.
  • The “PPM Name” refers to the corresponding product or portfolio relating to the action.
  • “Notes” contains the date of the note was updated, followed by the note detail.
  • Users can navigate to other key pages relating to the action by clicking on:
  • ID – displays the action details page.
  • PPM (Project Portfolio Management) Name – displays the project or portfolio overview page.
  • Module – displays the module related to the action (if applicable).
  • Module item – displays the item within the related module (if applicable).
  • Actions that have a due date in the past (ie. action is overdue) will have “Due Date” highlighted in red.  All other dates will be displayed in black.
  • The preset date range is based on the due date of the action.  By default, the action status is set to “All”.
  • The default order of this table is by oldest “Due Date”.
  • On hover over of the Action ID, an edit icon will appear.  When the edit icon is clicked, this will display the action page in edit mode.
