• Project Schedule

• This enhancement applies to all users where project schedules are managed.  The purpose of this change is to incorporate user-friendly button that allow users to add tasks with a single click.

• Users are allowed to Add Task with single click on ‘Add Task’ or using ‘Insert’ key in keyboard.
• If task is a parent task:

• Adding task using ‘Insert’ key creates new child task.
• Adding task using ‘Add Task’ click creates sibling task for the parent task.

• Homepage> Personal Dashboard 

• A Personal Dashboard provides users with a consolidated view of all items they own or are assigned to.  Users can review the list and prioritise their work effort.
• A new tile titled ‘Personal Dashboard’ will appear in the homepage.
• The “total items” listed under the personal dashboard represents items owned or assigned to.  For this release, the items will be tasks only (see below).

• Homepage> Personal Dashboard> Tasks

• The first delivery of this new functionality supports tasks.  Later releases will extend this functionality to other items (eg. actions, activities, issues, etc.).
• The dashboard contains:

• Scheduled tasks (assigned to the user). This includes tasks from pipeline schedule and execution schedule.
• Complete and incomplete tasks.

• The default sort of tasks is by end date.
