  • Project Budget > Cost Details> Custom Budget Field

  • The purpose of this change is to remove the need for the user to update the Custom Budget Data Set Total. This field will now be automatically updated based on the sum of monthly data entered.
  •  Please Note: This field is only visible if activated at company level.
  • This update will make Custom Budget field NOT editable manually.
  • It will be auto-calculated as the sum of all Periodic Custom Budget.
  • Updating Periodic Custom Budget data SHOULD automatically update the Custom Budget field



  • Portfolio> Pipeline Management> PDF download 
  •  This update applies to Portfolio Pipeline Management where Portfolio Milestones have been identified.  When creating a PDF version the display of rows will expand to include Project name and list of all Portfolio Milestones. 
  • Projects Names on the 1st rows, and the Project/Portfolio Milestones on the 2nd rows.
  • Any updates/addition/removal of Project/Portfolio Milestones in the Project Level will also update in the Portfolio Pipeline Management module.



  • Portfolio> Action Tracking> Meetings
  • The purpose of this change is to incorporate functionality into Action Tracking to create Meetings from the Action Tracking home screen at Portfolio level. This update includes  the following additional fields to provide the user with the ability to view Actions and Meetings.
  • Portfolio Action Tracking page include new +Meeting button with the following functionality as detailed below:
  • Actions can be assigned to Portfolio level meetings
  • Portfolio level meetings can be downloaded by PDF  and CSV and emailed to attendees
  • Meeting table will display details of both Portfolio and connected Project Meetings



  • At Portfolio level when creating a meeting the user can select whether to create a Portfolio meeting or a meeting that is assigned to a project of the portfolio. Default is Portfolio meeting.


  • Portfolio level meeting details are displayed on a Meeting Details page that has the same functionality as the project level meetings.

 

  • Action Tracking> New Action> Meeting Assignment
  • The purpose is to include additional ability for users to assign associate meetings to an action and date of meeting.  This new field is Optional and available at both Portfolio and Project level.
  • New field Meeting Assignment - Optional field.
  • Available at both Portfolio and Project level.
  • User can update existing actions against meetings (as per dropdown list)
  • User can assign meetings to new actions when created (as per dropdown list)



  • Portfolio> Action Tracking> Meeting> Date of Meeting
  • The purpose is to include additional ability for users to assign a date when creating  a meeting .  This new field is Mandatory and available at both Portfolio and Project level. 
  • At project and portfolio level a user with permission to the meeting can create a meeting and assign a meeting date to the meeting.



  • Project> Schedule> CSV Import Files 
  • The purpose of this change is to increase the number of special characters in a schedule CSV import file to reduce.
  • Dashes - en dash, —em dash,
  • Quotation Marks - ‘ left single quotation mark, ’ right single quotation mark, ‚ single low-9 quotation mark, “ left double quotation mark, ” right double quotation mark, „ double low-9 quotation mark,
  • Others -  • bullet, ñ latin small letter n with tilde, ÷ division sign, × multiplication sign, ° degree sign, ± plus-or-minus sign.
  • Important Note:
  • The special characters above are only available if the file is saved as “CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited)(*.csv)”
  • CSV Comma delimited is still supported for non-special character data.

 

  • Project> Schedule> Display
  • The purpose of this change is to add a new option on the schedule toolbar to display a full screen of the schedule which also increases the number of task lines to display.  This applies to both Pipeline and Execution Schedules.
