- Project Settings > All Types of Report Templates > Filter by Work Stream
- This update will allow a user to create and save-filters ‘by workstream’ for all Reporting Templates.
- The default value is "Overall Project" .
- The Workstream Filter set in the Reporting Templates will be the default filter within Reports.
- This update will also be applied in the Company Profile > Project Type> Report Template.
- Portfolio > Project Summary > Hide "Status" and "Trend" Column
- This update will enable to hide Status/Trend columns in the Project Summary.
- The columns will be hidden in the Project Summary when all projects under a Main Portfolio and Sub-Portfolios are defined in the Project Settings > Status and Trend Configuration as “Hide”.
- The configuration options now are as follows
- Report Only and Module Only (As-Is)
- Hide (New) > Hide custom RAG status in the Project Summary
- Hide All (As-Is) > Hide status/trend across all pages
- The Benefits Tracking Status and Trend columns will be hidden if the columns are set to “Hide” in both:
- In Project > Settings > Status and Trend Configuration
- In Portfolio > Settings > Benefits section: Benefits Tracking Status and Trend
- Project > Dashboard > Data Source
- The Data Filtering options in Data Source now include Financial Year, Total to Date, Estimate to Completion.
- Project > Notification
- Notifications will not be logged for each task updated, added or deleted via CSV import.
- The Notification Item ID has been updated to display the task unique ID number from the schedule e.g. S_0011.
- Portfolio and Project > Action Tracking
- This update will add columns for “Update Notes” and “Update Date” in
- Action Tracking Data Table
- PDF/CSV file download from the Action Tracking Data Table
- Action/Meeting PDF files
- Action/Meeting Email with PDF file.
- Portfolio and Project > Action Tracking > Quick Edit
- This update will display a “Quick Edit” option when a user hovers over an Action ID in the Action Tracking Data Table
- The “Quick Edit” link is a shortcut and redirects the user to the Update page for the Action.
- The Action ID remains in the first column when a user scrolls to view other details of an Action.
