Schedule Module
A new Icon has been added to the Schedule Toolbar for Project Calendar . A user now has the ability to manage the Project Calendar for Projects to be one of the following options:
- 5 working days (exclude 2day weekend must be 2 continuous days)
- 6 working days (exclude1day weekend)
- 7 working days (include weekends)
Note: User can determine which 2 continuous days of the week to be considered weekends e.g. Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday.
The calendar enhancement also includes change to schedule start and end dates for tasks created in PFHQ tool with a predecessor. Example task created with a finish-start type previously the end date of the successor was the start date of the predecessor. Calculation now aligns to MSP functionality and start date moves to the next working day as per project calendar.

- Calendar default setting is 7 days schedule to support existing schedules
- Duration days will represent number of working days between start and end dates
- Project Calendar selected will apply to both Pipeline and Execution Schedules.
- User has option to select Project Calendar Manager via toolbar, update weekend days and unflag ‘Include weekends as workdays’ to move from a 7day to a 5day calendar.
- Any changes to Project Calendar for existing schedules will see a re-calculation of duration days, start and end dates will not change.

- Support documentation in PDF is available within the Project Focus HQ Online Support Center. Please type the word‘Schedule’ in the Search Box.
- Portfolio and Project Types > Display of Status/Trend
- This update will add a Status/Trend Configuration table within the Project Type and Portfolio Default Settings page.
- At a Project Type and Portfolio Default level, a user can now manage which Status/Trends will be displayed and on which pages they will appear.
- There will be a roll-up of Status and Trends into the
- Project Report (Report HTML, Report PDF)
- Portfolio Report (Overview page, Report HTML, Report PDF)
- Logic: not more than 10 Status/Trends can be displayed in Reports. If more than 10 exist, it will show an error message "Only 10 Status + Trend columns can be displayed in Reports".
- Portfolio CSV Export > Report Comments for Executive Summary and Project Status included
- This update will include all Comments from the Project Report > Executive Summary and Project Report > Project Status sections in the Portfolio CSV Export (Project Meta Data CSV per project).
- We will add two columns "Project Status Comment" and “Executive Summary" at the end of the existing columns in the Project Meta Data CSV.
- The Executive Summary/Project Status Comments in the CSV will be based on the latest report sent (not draft) with the sections Executive Summary/Project Status Comment enabled.
- If the Comments field is enabled yet the user did not put any comments, it will display the default message "The Project Manager did not leave any comments for this section"
- Project CSV Export > Report Comments for Executive Summary and Project Status included
- This update will include all Comments in the Executive Summary and Project Status sections in the Exported Project CSV under Overview and Reports.
- We will add two columns "Project Status Comment" and "Executive Summary" at the end of the existing columns in the Overview CSV ('Project.csv') and Reports CSV.
- In Overview CSV, the comments will be based on the last report sent which had an Executive Summary section and Project Status section.
- If the Comments field is enabled yet the user did not put any comments, it will display the default message "The Project Manager did not leave any comments for this section"
- In Report CSV the "Project Status Comment" and "Executive Summary" will display per report.
