  • x6 Customisable RAG status (on all levels) Part 1
  • This update will allow user to add more Customisable RAG Status of up to 6 different RAG Status in the Company Settings page.
  • This permission is allowed for Company Admins or for users with Update access in Company Settings page.
  • In Company > Project Types, user can toggle on/off the different custom RAG Status. If toggled ON, the Custom Status will be available to use in the Project Level. If toggled OFF, the Custom Status will not be available to use in the Project Level.
  • In Project Level > Settings, user can apply the enabled Custom RAG Status from its Project Type but still has the option to toggle it on/off in its Reporting
  • This update is applied in:
  • Company Level > Custom RAG Status
  • Company > Project Type > Custom RAG Status
  • Company > Project Type > Report Templates
  • Project Level > Setting > Custom RAG Status
  • Project Level > Settings > Report Templates
  • Project Report > Adhoc Manual
  • Portfolio Overview > Project Summary
  • Portfolio Report > Adhoc Manual > Project Summary
  • Migration of Old Data:
  • For Company > Company with the current 5th Status will still keep the 5th status by default. Those without the 5th Status currently, will not have it by default. New Company will not have any custom status by default.
  • For Project Type > If Project type has Report Template with 5th status show = yes, the Project Type will have 5th status & toggled on default. If 5th status show = no, the Project Type will not have 5th status by default.
  • For Project Level (Phase 3 to Phase 6) > Settings > Report Template. If Project Report Template has 5th Status report show = yes, Draft Reports using the template will have 5th status & toggled on by default.  If Project Report Template has 5th Report show = no, Draft Reports using the Template will not have the 5th Status.
