  • Portfolio Reporting > Additional Filters > “Portfolios” and “Programs”
  • This update is to add 2 more Filters within Portfolio Reporting:
  • “Portfolios” filter
  • “Programs” filter
  • This update will be applicable in:
  • Portfolio Settings > Reporting Templates
  • Portfolio Reporting > Draft
  • Portfolio Reporting > New

 

  • Portfolio (Comp/Main/Sub/Ind) > Budget - Custom CSV Import Functionality (New/Existing Imports)
  • This update will allow user to Import their own Custom Budget CSV into the PFHQ application
  • Budget Import Type will be:
  • Portfolio Budget Import (default)
  • Project Budget Import
  • Existing Data Handling will allow the user to select if existing CSV data will be overwritten or skipped during the upload. Below are the drop-down options:
  • Skip Existing Items, Add New Items - Default value. If selected, existing Budget items within the CSV import will be skipped and the new items will be imported as new budget item.
  • Overwrite Existing Items, Add New Items - If selected, all existing Budget items within the CSV import will be overwritten and the new items will be imported as new budget item.
  • Update Existing Items - If selected, existing Budget items with in the CSV import will be overwritten. New items in the CSV file will not be imported into the project as this data handling is only to overwrite existing items.

 

  • Portfolio (Comp/Main/Sub/Ind) > Budget - Custom CSV Import Invalid Data Screen
  • This update will help identify if data from the Imported CSV is valid or invalid.
  • This process of checking data will be after CSV Import Mapping
  • If there is invalid data within the CSV file, the import will not proceed and will redirect to the 'Budget - CSV Import - Invalid Data' page and will ask the user whether to:
  • Skip Data - it will skip all of the items with error and will proceed to import all items with no error. Once completed, it will display the successful upload pop-up.
  • Use Default Data - all fields with errors will be replaced by the default value of the field.

 

  • Project/Kick-off > Settings > CSV Export > Budget Module
  • This update to the Project Settings CSV Export > Budget module will include new fields in the CVS extract e.g. custom Budget ID, Change Request ID, and Change Request values.
