  • Portfolio Settings > CSV Export > Additional Data
  • This will allow the user to extract Portfolio Level CSV > Pipeline Management > Schedule and Project Meta Data. The CSV export will now include Pipeline Schedule Tasks (Planning) and gate dates for Feasibility, Planning and Execution. In the past it only captured Execution data.
  • Portfolio > Benefits Tracking - Ability to add a Start and End Date per Benefit Item
  • This will allow the user to create ‘Benefit Items’ with a start and end date.
  • The start and end date selected will reflect into the 'Tracking Dates' of the benefit.
  • The dates of each benefit item will not be dependent on the 'Benefits Tracking' phase dates. A benefit can start before the Phase 5 start date.
  • The Period filter will be updated to allow users to filter from earliest Phase 4 start date to latest 'Benefits Tracking' end date. 
  • Phase 5 Projects - Ability to Reverse a Project from Phase 5 to Phase 4
  • This update will add a 'Reverse Project' button within the Phase 5 Project > Settings > Top Right. When clicked, it will revert the project from Phase 5 back to Phase 4. 
  • Access Level: the only users who have access are to reverse a project are:
  • Company Admin
  • Project: Close Approver
  • Once a Project has been reversed from Phase 5 to Phase 4, the Close Out report submitted will be removed and the manual checklist will become unchecked.
  • Project Settings: Display Project Life Cycle - Actual Dates
  • This will add a Data Table 'Project Life Cycle' below the 'Project > Settings > Assigned Key users'
  • It will have columns for:
  • Phase - will display the phase names
  • Start Date - this is a column group
  • Plan - this will display the 'Plan Start Date' of the phase
  • Actual - this will display the 'Actual Start Date' of the phase
  • Approver - this will display the user who approved the project
  • End Date - this is a column group
  • Plan - this will display the 'Plan End Date' of the phase
  • Actual - this will display the 'Actual End Date' of the phase
  • Submitter - this will display the user that submits the project for review
  • If a Project Type does not use the Benefits Tracking module, then it will show N/A for Phase 5 (Benefit Tracking).
