Focus of this release was to enhance our  Portfolio Dashboarding Capability as follows:


  • Portfolio (Company, Main & Sub) > Dashboard > Graph (Column)

1. Add 'Plan, Forecast & Actual' in Legend Option

  • This update added 'Plan, Forecast, Actual' as additional option within the legend of Dashboard > Graph Reporting.
  • IF (LEGEND = 'Plan, Forecast & Actual'), THEN an additional drop-down field will display below the legend.
  • Drop-down field options: All, Plan, Forecast, Actual.
  • The option selected from the drop-down (Plan, Forecast, Actual) will have values displayed in the Graph
  • Since the data are already available within the Legend, 'Selected Data' will no longer exist in the Y-AXIS
  • VALIDATIONS:
  • IF (LEGEND = 'Plan, Forecast, Actual'), user cannot choose X-Axis = 'Plan, Forecast, Actual'
  • IF (LEGEND = 'Plan, Forecast, Actual'), then 'Period' will display in the X-Axis drop-down option
  • IF (LEGEND = 'Plan, Forecast, Actual'), then Y-Axis drop-down option will only be Benefits Tracking
  • IF (LEGEND = 'Plan, Forecast, Actual' and Y-axis = Benefits Tracking), THEN data in Y-Axis will no longer display the same data that are already displayed in the Legend.

 

2. Add Total within Y-Axis

  • This update adds a “Show Overall Total Column” tick box in the Y-axis below the 'Display Values in Graph' tick box.
  • This will only display IF Y-Axis Data = 'Benefits Tracking' (applicable for Y-Axis 1 and Y-Axis 2) and X-Axis is not Period
  • When ticked, the user will be able to enter the overall ‘Total’ column Title
  • The 'Total' column will be displayed at the end of the graph
  • The value of the 'Total' column will be the overall total of the values in the graph. The 'Total' column will automatically change depending on the value displayed in the graph and the filtered period.

 

3. Add X-Axis > Period Display

  • This update added a drop-down field with following options:
  • Whenever X-Axis is ‘Period’ and ‘Length’ = Monthly/ Quarterly / Yearly
  • + Financial Year (Current)
  • + Financial Year (Next Year)
  • + Calendar Year (Current)
  • + Calendar Year (Next Year)
  • + Custom Dates
  • Whenever  X-Axis is 'Period'
  • +Weekly

 

4. Additional Data Displays when Y-Axis is Benefits Tracking

  • This update added the following Pull-up type drop-down menu:
  • Total (All)
  • Total (By FY)
  • Cumulative (To Date) - already exists
  • Cumulative (By FY)
  • Aggregate - already exists
  • Average - already exists
  • Count - already exists
  • When Y-Axis = Benefits Tracking,
  • Cumulative - Total, currently exists but the drop-down name will be changed to 'Cumulative - To Date'

  

  • Portfolio - Dashboard - Add Item - Graph Reporting - Pull-up Data from Benefits Tracking Module and X-Axis > Period Filtering
  • This update added 'Benefits Tracking' in the legends drop-down options:
  • Benefits Tracking:

IF SELECTED, the user is able to select a specific Benefit Category and then the data type of the Benefit Sub-categories:

  • Benefit Categories: The user can choose multiple or all benefit categories. Drop-down options are all benefit categories within the Company Profile > Benefit Categories.
  • Data Type:  The user only choose one data type at a time. Drop-down options will be based on the available Metric type used by every Sub-Category within the Benefit Category. (Applicable: Financial [default], Number, Percentage)
  • Benefit Sub-categories: The sub-categories drop-down options will depend on the ‘Benefit Category’ and 'Data Type' above. The user can choose multiple sub-categories or all sub-categories.  It will be displayed within the tag selection type that is currently set for 'Project Status'.

 

  • This update added 'Benefits Tracking' in the X-Axis drop-down options:
  • Benefits Tracking:

IF SELECTED, there will be additional fields as per below:

  • Benefit Categories: The user can choose multiple or all benefit categories. Drop-down options would be All benefit categories within the Company Profile > Benefit Categories.
  • Data Type:  The user can only choose one data type at a time. Drop-down options will be based on the available Metric type used by every Sub-Category within the Benefit Category (Applicable: Financial [default], Number, Percentage, Label, Text and user can select ALL as well).
  • Benefit Sub-categories: The sub-categories drop-down options will depend on the ‘Benefit Category’ and 'Data Type' above. The user can choose multiple sub-categories or ALL sub-categories, it will be displayed within the tag selection type that is set currently for 'Project Status'.
