  • Company Profile > Add 'Project/Pipeline Configuration' section
  • The ability to add/manage custom fields across different Project modules and Project Details/Overview

 

  • Company Profile > Project Configuration > Project Modules - Add/Update/Remove Custom Fields (Benefit Tracking module)
  • This will allow a user to add/rename a custom field, update a custom field description, set a data type for a custom field, etc., for Benefit Tracking module

 

  • Company Profile - Project Configuration: Add/Edit Benefits Tracking Custom Fields
  • The ability add/update Benefit Tracking Items with the custom fields set in the Company page

 

  • Kick-Off/RTS/Live/Benefits Tracking Projects - Benefits Tracking Module - Add / Update a Benefit > Cost Center ID Weighting Fields
  • This will add a weighting functionality within the Project Benefits Tracking for Cost Centre ID
  • Within ‘Add’ and ‘Update’ Benefit Page, the user will be able to enter the ‘%’ for ‘Plan’, ‘Forecast’ and ‘Actual’ against + Cost Centre ID (all benefits) 

 

  • Portfolio - Benefits Tracking Module - Add / Update a Benefit > Cost Centre ID Weighting Fields
  • This will add a weighting functionality within the Portfolio Benefits Tracking for Cost Centre ID
  • Within ‘Add’ and ‘Update’ Benefit Page, the user will be able to enter the ‘%’ for ‘Plan’, ‘Forecast’ and ‘Actual’ against + Cost Centre ID (all benefits)

 

  • New Opportunity > Project Details - Increase 'Business Benefits' character limit to 5000
  • This will increase the maximum character limit for Business benefits field from 250 characters to 5,000 characters maximum

 

  • Approved Opportunity > Review Pipeline - Ability to input Benefit Items
    • This will allow user to input a Benefit Item within the Pipeline > Approved Opportunity stage.

 

  • Project > Change Control > Add Change Control Impact field
  • This will add a new dropdown field for “Change Impact” under Change Control module with options to select: “Scope”, “Benefits”, and “Commercial Terms/Contractual"

 

Planned Future Releases:

 

  • Project > Risk, Issue, Actions > Create Version Table for the updates/changes – March 18, 2018 (9PM AU Time)
  • The ability to save and display historical version of risk/issue/action data for every update/change made

 

  • Company Profile > Project Configuration > Pipeline Details - Add/Update/Remove Fields -  March 18, 2018 (9PM AU Time)
  • The ability to add/manage custom fields within the Pipeline Details and Project details/overview pages.

 

  • Kick-Off/RTS/Live > 'Schedule' Module - Ability to add a 'Task' before the Project Start Date – March 18, 2018 (9PM AU Time)
  • This will allow user to plan 'Tasks' within the Schedule module before Project Start Date but not be able to schedule a 'Task' after the Project End Date

 

  • New Opportunity/Approved Opportunity > Project Details - Ability to assign a 'Portfolio' or Multiple 'Programs' to a project - March 18, 2018 (9PM AU Time)
  • This will make “Portfolio assigned” and “Program assigned" fields present across Approved Opportunity/Full-Kitting/Live Project Add, Update and Details Pages

  • This is related to Single Sign On (SSO) requirement Including Auth0 integration from Ausnet
