  • Portfolio> Budget Management > Overall Total Budget column
  • This update will add an Overall Total Budget column in  
  • Portfolio > Budget > Portfolio Cost Summary
  • Portfolio > Reporting > Cost Summary section
  • Overall Total Budget will be the planned monthly Budget + Contingency

 

  •   Portfolio > Risk Management > Risks by Category Graph
  • This update will provide the option to:
  • View which projects have what risks ratings in a graph
  • Assess the risks within the portfolio according to risk categorisation identifying trends in the managed risks.


  • Project > Benefits Tracking - Ability to support Change Request
  • This update will provide in the Benefits Tracking module the ability to manage Change Requests.
  • In Update > Benefit Item,  a dropdown with Benefit Change Requests will display a list with Change Impact = Benefits based on the Metric type of the benefit item (E.g. If Benefit is Financial, then it will only show all Benefit Change request with Metric type = Financial).



  • Project Approvals > Project Phase Gate Approvals
  • This update creates an Approvals Record in the Approvals Module whenever a project is approved to proceed to the next phase.
  • Users with Project Initiator permission, when requesting an approval for a project to move to the next phase, can see the approval record in the Approvals Module.
  • Users with Project Approver permission will be able to view the approval activities in the Approvals Module, i.e. when the approval request was made and by whom.

 

  • Project and Portfolio Dashboard Bug fixes

  • Project > Budget > Change Request by Cost Type (to be released 18 September 2018 9PM UTC+10:00)
  • This update is to apply a validation for Cost Types of Budget Change Requests and  Budget Items.
  • A user can now only allocate a Change Request with a Cost Type that matches the Budget Cost Type

e.g. Budget Item Cost Type = OPEX

       Change Request Cost Type = OPEX

  • If a user wants to update a Budget item and allocate a Change Request to it, the dropdown list for Change Request items will display only all approved Change Requests with the same Cost Type as the Budget Cost Type selected.
