  • Portfolio Dashboard > Reporting > Run Rate Enhancements
  • This is an update for Dashboard Data Table Reporting capability for Portfolio Dashboards to allow:
  • Ability to create tables where each project in a portfolio is a row
  • Ability to create tables where each project phase is a row
  • Ability to create tables where each period (month) in the portfolio is a row (current)
  • Ability to create custom tables (current)
  • Ability to add data fields from Projects and Benefits to the tables
  • The current 'Dashboard - Add Item' page is split into 3 pages Tile Reporting, Graph Reporting, Data Table Reporting.
  • A user can create a new item in the dashboard section which redirects to a separate page for Tile Reporting, Graph Reporting, Data Table Reporting.

 

  • Portfolio Default/Portfolio > Settings > Add Benefits Table
  • This will give the user the ability to manage a Benefits Table in Portfolio Overview> Project Summary.

 

  • Portfolio > Overview > Project Summary > Display Benefits Custom Table
  • This update will allow the user to view under the Portfolio Overview > Project Summary the configured Benefits Summary columns (and values per project).

  

  • Portfolio > Overview > Update Download CSV/PDF function to include Benefits data
  • Download CSV and PDF function now includes all new columns added from Benefits Summary Table.
  • All data should match meaning, what user sees in Web view must be what user gets in the CSV file.
