1. Manage Portfolio Approvals and Notifications for All Project Lifecycle Stage Gates
1. Within the Portfolio ‘Settings’ page, navigate to the ‘Approvals and Notifications for Project Lifecycle Stage Gate’ section.
2. To assign an Approver and Initiator to a specific Project Lifecycle Stage Gate without triggering notifications, tick the checkbox of the Role for the Project Life Cycle Stage Gate items with an Approver and Initiator function.
3. To assign an Approver and Initiator to a specific Project Lifecycle Stage Gate and trigger notifications once Approved/ Created, tick the checkbox of the Role for the Project Life Cycle Stage Gate items with an Approver, Initiator, and Approved / Created/ Notification function.
