AddressThe complete business address of the company. This is the main office and headquarters of the business. This allows for people to know additional business information as needed.
Company DetailsHigh level information about the company type and location to be used to provide info on the project.
Company IDA unique company identifier that is system-generated so projects can be tied to a company and easily managed/sorted.
Company LogoThe logo of the company. The company logo will be used on all relevant and important information in the system including being added on reports and other output files for proper organization and branding guidelines.
Company NameThe registered name of the company. This keeps people informed of the correct way of stating the name and how to present the company.
Company OverviewIt consists of all the details about the company.
Company ProfileThe details and descriptions of the whole company at a high level which helps in identifying basic information to effectively manage and run projects.
Company SettingsHigh level settings and standards for the company to be used/and communicated for projects.

These settings are also used to govern approvals for projects, default settings of projects/ portfolios and the members in the company who can access the system.
Cost TypesThe kind of cost that is being spent throughout the life cycle of the project.


It displays a list of the following types:

1. CAPEX- cannot be edited

2. OPEX- cannot be edited

3. Restructuring Cost- can be edited

4. List of all saved Cost Types- can be edited

CountryThe country where the company is based.
CurrencyThe default currency the company uses for all company financials.
DescriptionBrief description of the type of business the company is in.
Schedule FrequencyThe default number of units of schedule.
Schedule TypeThe default schedule unit of measurement to be used within the company (days, weeks, months).
SponsorThe key person or organization that provides funds for a project or activity carried out by another, in particular.
Time ZoneThe default time zone company is using.
